I really love the idea of this book - calm, practical and reassuring advice for first-time parents, with the idea that what a baby really needs is nurturing and love, rather than a ton of gadgets. Sounds like the perfect antidote to the "stress yourself out" kind of book! The author comes from a family of midwives from Holland - for three generations before her.

Seems popular amongst the expecting, but I suspect it would be good for me too! :-) Debating whether to order it online at Amazon or check it out at Chapters... It might be a little while before I get to a Chapters! But then again, Cole is really enjoying our stroller and Baby Bjorn walks, so you never know!
