Sometimes the best toys aren't toys at all, it seems... Cole is having a grand time exploring lately and he's getting a kick out of anything that makes noise or feels interesting. Especially random things that I find for him - a silicone cooking brush, tupperware filled with non-chokeable items, a vintage plastic egg cup... And a pilates ball! He loved pushing it along the floor, pouncing on it and evidently tasting it... I have had that thing collecting dust in the closet for probably 2 years before discovering it's purpose, as a baby toy!
Also popular? All things off-limits. The toilet, the fireplace, the edge of the bed... Mama's coat buttons, the blue bag of IKEA returns at the front door... They were all popular
today.

I love how you caught him chomping down on your yoga ball at that angle. He looks really invested in it :)
It's awesome - 2lbs and filled with sand or something, so it just kind of plops there and rolls just a little, so he can really investigate it.
They really are entertained by the funniest things...Abby loves her empty diaper wipes package and to bounce with me on my previously-neglected exercise ball. It's nice that they don't have expensive tastes at this age.
