this is post number 501! the half-grand milestone passed me by unawares on sunday but, like in everyday life, i figured it out eventually... so hooray! put on your old button-fly jeans of yesteryear and read on.
on tuesday coco and i went downtown via skytrain so i could pick up the new night guard i had made at my dentist's office. sexy! i am a nighttime tooth clencher and my dentist has a fancy office downtown. two plus two - expensive night guards for one and all! i kid, i kid... i like my dentist so much that i won't consider moving to a new one, even if it does necessitate quite a commute to get there and back.
we had a great time with a little snack time picnic on the grass, we explored all the sticks and discarded gum we came across, watched the seaplanes take off and speculated on which boats we would come back for tomorrow, dodged water at the fountains in front of the mill and cole ran and poked and climbled around the various art installations around the seawall between the coal harbour marina and the new convention centre.

Boy, the waterfront is really changing. We'll have to get down there the next time we hit the big city. Love the "finger up the nostril" picture.

Love the finger up the nose picture. Classic! He looks so grown up in the last photo with the water planes. I think he looks a lot like Jamie in that photo. So cool:)

the waterfront is so different patti! even since the olympics - we've only been in our new place for 3 months and i'm amazed at stuff that's changed that quickly.
