what's swedish for "lazy"?

cole and i hit up ikea today for the second time in less than a week.  last week we went on a remembrance day jaunt with kim & abby (oh, wouldn't our grandfathers be proud of how we spent the day).  we got the $1 breakfasts, wandered, mostly patiently listened to the children playing with egg timers until their removal was unavoidable.  i also decided, rather randomly as is my usual state at the moment, to buy a flamingly red and fuschia comforter cover and red pillowcases. that choice worked out about as well as you'd expect and cole and i headed back over there today to return said merchandise.

and because i do relish any good enough reason not to make food at home or clean up after mealtimes, cole had ikea noodles for dinner.  i actually buy two kids dinners - one noodles, one meatballs with veggies.  this way i get to smuggle some meat and veg into cole and i get to eat a few meatballs as a snack before dinner.  cole, as you can see, really loves those noodles:

(red lips? i hide bits of meatball in the lingonberry sauce, which he's happy to scarf.)

The sad part is that it was the second year in a row I have spent at IKEA on Remembrance Day! The kids loved it though!
